“The 10X Fitness Certification reawakened my raw authentic power & unleashed my gift.”

The 10X fitness method was the catalyst to reawaken and unleash my raw authentic power. 
 I had hidden parts of myself for years, and my invisibility cloak needed to finally come down. 

10X was the missing piece after endless soul searching, and seeking answers from Ashrams, Ceremonies, Saints and Gurus. I needed something in the Physical Realm that would allow me to unleash that Raw Authentic Power. I had done some much Inner work (for nearly a decade), that energy/consciousness was pointing me to prepare a Vessel that is Healthy, Strong & Powerful.

At the end of the 10X Quest (January 2021) and the 10X Certification (March 2022) I felt Strong, Empowered and Finally felt Safe To Be My Authentic Self.

Before the 10X Quest I had gained weight, over the previous couple of years, and thought that maybe because of my age (reaching my forties), that it would be hopeless to have a Fit Body — after years of slaving away in the gym. 
 I became desperate in losing the excess weight and that’s when I came across the 10X Quest, and to my disbelief that it only needed 30 mins a week, I joined the 10X quest.

10X Broke Me and at the same time became the MEDICINE that I needed, and continues to this day. 

In the beginning of the 10X Quest; to my excitement and lack of care in securing my Pull up bar, I fell onto my tailbone. And the Pelvic Pain which I had endured for several years unleashed the most distressing, challenging pain — an unbearable pain that nearly buried me. 
 Luckily and Divinely Guided 10X became my Daily Dose of Medicine.
 I followed and watched the daily videos, giving me a glimpse of hope and strength, that I would get through the pain. 

I cannot deny that the Certified Holobody Certification did not partake in this Healing/Recovering Journey. I met the most incredible Beautiful souls through the Mindvalley Community so willing to help me through My Healing Journey. With the help of Holobody and 10X Community I slowly came out of my shell, I was petrified to be seen, and visible. I had learned in my early years that being Invisible was much safer, I felt accepted by the community and thus learned to accept myself more and more each day. 

The Quest and Certification not only helped me transform my Body, but helped me emotionally evolve, heal the powerless/older version of self, have self-belief, self-confidence, and transform the Pain into one of MY GREATEST GIFT and ready to Serve Others.
