Before 10 X I thought that as ageing (60 in 3 months) Flexibility was the most important ability for our body, but have to admit that I was wrong. It is important but strength and having muscle mass has changed my body up side down and inside out. Now I feel healthier and fitter that at my 50’s. We need an open mind to unlearn many years of confusing training.
This method designed by Lorenzo Delano has helped me and also all my clients. I was already getting the same results, but putting double the time, instead of 2 days 15 minutes (or less), 2 days a week, our workouts were 30 min and. 4/5 days a week.
 Being so effective ,I know I can do 10X for the rest of my life. No matter my age. Now I have more time for other hobbies or activities, and being in a great health and fitness condition helps me keep living my way. My body doesn't stop me from doing anything my mind wants to. And as a 10X Coach, I want to share this amazing program with the world.
