My purpose for doing this certification was to work with family mainly my parents and myself. As I have progressed in my journey I grew confident and now know I can offer 10X to my coaching clients too.
I was a slow starter with the certification, with all the initial detail and science I felt out of place but with the continuous support from the tutors and the amazing tribe I got in flow I was able to develop the regular routine for 10X exercises.
I would recommend this quest to anyone who is looking to start a regular exercise routine and has limited time available in their life, and for those who already exercise regular to enhance their physical strength and stamina.
My top take aways are:
You don't have to be a fitness instructor to do this quest.
You can be any age and fitness level to take this quest.
You get so much more than you expect the dept of knowledge transference is immense.
