Hi, everyone! Want to share with the tribe that I just did my third Dexa Scan… could not be happier!!! Gained 1.1 kg of muscle! I was a bit disappointed with the results of my second Dexa, since at that moment, after three months of hard work, I only gained 200 grams of muscle. Even though, I decided to double my bet on 10X, dialed up my protein intake, improved my energy balance, worked out 4 times per week, improved my P2W from 4.7 to 8.8 and … boom!! I am still struggling to decrease my body fat% but am sure will also be able to do it. Thanks from the heart to Vishen, Lorenzo, Jelena, @tomamol and you all, for being such an important part of this life transforming process!! At 52, I have never felt so strong and good! I will keep up with the program, persist in improving and helping others in their path to a successful, intelligent, challenging, efficient, and science based personal fitness journey.
