Since doing the course I have certainly been able to put aspects of my discomfort into perspective. Controlling and short-circuiting the worry spiral has been amazing. I feel more level-headed and generally more relaxed but have. Priced the quality of my sleep has worsened, not sure why this is. Perhaps I need to adjust to the different brain chemistry less stress has created. I admit I wasn’t the most disciplined listening to Paul’s Everyday Bliss trance but I will listen to that going forward and I am certain things will get even better. The great habits Paul has instilled in me will keep bearing fruit and things will keep getting better I’m sure!
