Before this program, I wasn't aware that I was breathing through my mouth,especially when I am stressed. This time while driving in traffic,I would catch myself breathing through my mouth, stop and start breathing through my nose. The feeling in my body was calmer and at peace. I also noticed that I would wake up having panic attacks, heart pounding, sweating and of course, breathing through my mouth. I now breath through my nose and the heart pounding, sweating has stopped! Thank you for having this program! Wow!
