Now after a month, I have a habit of breathing from my nose only. Not just that, I always wanted to do treks and hike but because my heart rate used to shoot up the moment I would do any physical activity, I had to avoid that. But just 15 days ago I went for quite a steeper trek and I did it without any shortness of breath or out-of-control heart rate. These meditations has finally pushed my kundalini energies up to my throat chakra. I fell in love with meditating for hours. I can go on and on but I would say it changed my life and more changes are yet to come.
