It's a little hard to put into words my experience, but my Kundalini was ripped open, and I was filled with an overwhelming amount of peace and connection in spirit. And I could feel tensions in my body like constricting and releasing and clearing, and I feel like it just put me into an expanded state of higher consciousness and in connection with my higher self. And I was getting really strong downloads and insights, and I got clarity on a lot of things. So it was amazing.
