The quest has helped me be mindful of some very bad habits, particularly eating late after work, just before sleep. An early eating window, has made me take the time to pack and eat a nutritional lunch ( this was previously frequently missed). Also it has made me be mindful not to multitask while eating and not to rush and be unappreciative and unaware of the food I consume. As the 6th Child in my family I have always rushed food in a bid to get a second helping. I feel significantly lighter with a couple of kgs off. This will definitely help with some cabaret dancing on my agenda. I feel empowered with the new habits. Great quest.
