"I learned that I don't need to keep with my old ideas about food and time to eat”

I decided to join 28-day because I've been working for more than two years to get back to my normal weight. I took a very bad decision some years ago while I was doing crossfit as exercise. I accepted from a nutritionist to insert me a sort metabolic acceleration product to lose some fat. But the side effect was that it made me gain more than 10 kgs :( 
I started to lose this weight and I feel better now but I still have some weight to lose and I want to prove to myself that I can do it.

If you need to move the window because there is a celebration with friends, do it! Have fun. move the fasting window and continue. The journey is not going to be perfect and I learned a lot from my mistakes.”
