I have OCD, this isn't some kind of hand washing or checking compulsion. In my case I have 'Mental compulsions' I can't stop thinking. It gets impossible to focus, to even stay in the present moment.
This course has really helped me. It gave a whole new perspective to look at Distractions, "Distractions stem from internal discomfort" This is just WoW! It has also completely changed the way I schedule my day and create a to do list. Which is that it shouldn't be according number of tasks completed in a day but the number of hours dedicating to the task. Thank You Nir and Mindvalley team, for bringing such a wonderful course
