"My most significant improvement has been the amount of time spent on social media"

My most significant improvement has been the amount of time spent on social media.
Before this quest, social media was my biggest distraction. Through the quest, I realised that social media is not the only problem; it was my lack of awareness of my internal triggers. Over time I have learnt to be more self-compassionate and have improved my relationship with myself by understanding my internal triggers. This understanding has also led to a reduction in the over-consumption of social media.
And lastly, timeboxing! This simple technique has given my days so much direction.
Kudos to Nir and the Mindvalley team for creating an excellent quest.
