A Yogi's Guide to Joy

"The learning has been priceless to me!"

I have always been a fan of Sadhguru, when the opportunity arose to be part of this amazing quest, there was never a second thought.
My main objective was to learn more from a Guru who has so much of wisdom, when he speaks, you sit back and take notes. I was wanting to learn and understand more about suffering and how it is self-inflicted, and learn some ways on how to deal with any pain that comes my way.
The learning has been priceless to me!
I would recommend this quest to anyone who is wanting to learn more about themselves, with the objective of taking action to work on themselves.
I have improved in appreciating time, life is indeed ticking away. As a covid survivor, my life is more important to me.
Some key takeaways:
 - Pay attention, it pays off
 - Be in tune with the creation and the creator, and being playful becomes natural
 - I am making a life out of my life.
Best Wishes on this amazing journey.
