A Yogi's Guide to Joy

"It was a blow-mind journey"

Hurray!! I just finished this program and got my certificate! It was a blow-mind journey. I want to go over all the sessions again!!
I'd love to share my top 4 takeaways or insights during this Quest :
1. Understanding that your life is entirely your making & keeping yourself 100% pleasant is your
 responsibility and nobody else’s.
 2. To distance yourself from your mind’s accumulation or body identity to create stability and
 Extraordinary Life!!
 3. I can be Playful, being absolutely responsive to life, not only responsible with long faces..boom!
 4. That you are alive right now, is the most important thing in your life right now!
