"I have really benefited from the concept that my pleasantness is 100% my responsibility"

I have been following some of Sadhguru's teachings for a while now, but it has been a real treat to have so much knowledge laid out in this format. Too much info yet, so simply, what we already know. Now just to put it all into practice!
I have really benefited from the concept that my pleasantness is 100% my responsibility. It is so easy, in this world of ours, to get affected by other people and external stimulus, but I have found that taking it back to my feelings and choosing a more blissful feeling, makes such a difference to the way I react to situations.
