"I am happier than I knew, contented with my current life and most of all grateful for what I have achieved"

Before the start of this course, I wanted to find 'Me'. I know this may sound strange to some. Many of these practices I was doing already but constantly stopping myself for daydreaming & having idol thoughts that would lead to no positive outcomes. I think I understand now, I need to daydream and write down the thoughts that 'pop' into my head. That is the basis of the bigger picture. I now realise I have always known me but I just needed a push in the right direction. I am happier than I knew, contented with my current life and most of all grateful for what I have achieved.
