"The flexibility of the program allowed me to complete my routines at home, truly allowing me to maximize every minute"

Before taking the 10x quest, I felt like physical fitness and muscle growth was an impossible, complicated task. I’m a stay-at-home supermom to my two young girls, I work part-time, and I’m also working on a major house remodel, so I am incredibly limited with self-care time, and work to be very intentional with prioritizing how I invest any time for myself. In the months prior to the quest, I prioritized my time to focus on the quality of my nutrition, ultimately releasing 25 pounds of fat.

I knew the next step was adding a physical fitness component, but had no idea where to start, or how I could effectively fit anything in my schedule. The gyms were closed due to the pandemic, I had two girls at home with me, and a torn up house from a remodel. It simply felt like a fool’s errand.

Enter the Mindvalley 10x masterclass. While watching the masterclass, I slowly felt myself becoming inspired. Lightbulbs were going off in my mind. I knew I had found the solution, and signed up for the quest that evening. What happened in the three months that followed has changed my life and physical fitness trajectory.

The flexibility of the program allowed me to complete my routines at home, truly allowing me to maximize every minute I had available. It became exciting for the whole family! I felt like an incredible role model to my girls, demonstrating how strong I was getting. In this short time, I found incredible success with:

- increased strength: for example, at the beginning of the quest I could not complete one banded lat pull-up, but by the end I could complete an entire set of a banded last pull-up.
- confidence: my husband and I recently traveled for our anniversary, and for the first time in my life, I purchased and wore a crop top, exposing my mid-section. It was exhilarating!
- my outlook on physical fitness: this no longer feels like a grim chore. I understand the formula, and it works. It’s efficient. It fits my life. It has changed my body and continues to do so. I know it’s sustainable for the rest of my life.

One of the biggest positive changes in my life is that I no longer link physical fitness with weight loss. I do 10x for sustained muscle strength so I can continue an active lifestyle for the rest of my life. I now enjoy physical activity and challenging myself. This program has given me the tools to do that, and I am forever grateful.
