"My body fat percentage is on the decrease"

The reason I enrolled in this quest, again, the second time around was because I wanted to learn more, to have more in depth knowledge on things that I may have missed the first time, to learn from the fellow 10Xers, and to see the dynamic trio of Ronan, Ezra, and Lorenzo at the live calls.
Practice makes perfect they say. Repeat makes long-term memory I say. The bonus live calls and all the questions asked by the fellow 10Xers provided such added value to the overall 10X experience. I don't have the drastic weight loss photos. However, I do know that my body composition is changing and my body fat percentage is on the decrease because my clothes are fitting looser and I am getting stronger and leaner. On top of the regular 10X workout routines, I've been able to walk 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day, to go on a 2-hour fasted hike without much effort, and to complete my household chores without feeling my energy being drained, plus being back to the demanding schedules of the pre-pandemic life.
I don't stress about not being able to squeeze in 2 workouts in a week. Or feeling exhausted at the end of the day. I sleep better and I eat better. I also feel more confident. My recurring back pain hasn't bothered me since I started 10X. At 46, I really feel that I have the same energy level and physical fitness of my 20's, perhaps even better.
All this is big thanks to the 10X method and its authors. Even when we were able to travel for the first time this summer, I continued my 10X workout while on holidays. I think I'm a lifer now. :p
