I'm 48 yo and consider myself having a healthy lifestyle. I've been a long-time martial arts practioner and noticed how the ups and downs of life's decades can influence our health, our quality of life and eventually the performance of physical activities. Even though handling a busy life in a big city, caring for the job, family and kids, I always tryed to use good strategies to keep fit for the martial arts, keeping up with the younger colleagues. 
Although reaching the maintainance goal, those strategies required some workout (i.e. martial arts practice hours), not always available, to make me reach a higher level of physical fitness for the performance. As flexibility and speed are most important for martial arts, I would avoid going for a gym for work-outs (except for eventual physical recovery needs). 

Then I've met Ronan's 10X program! Through understanding the science of muscular development and nutrition, I could adjust my routine with a simple, fast, but most efficient exercise program! Ronan, being also a martial artist, also tought me how to adapt the movements to keep my flexibility for the martial arts. At the end, I easily reached another level of performance: with a more resilient and strenghtened core, I could make the difficult sequences of my martial arts with the easyness and vigor of my 30's y.o.! I was amazed by the results! I am very greatful for Ronan for the 10X classes and wish him and MindValley all the success with this amazing Program!
