"I was looking for efficient ways to use my time in the gym for maximum results and 10X answered my call"

Before 10X, I worked out an average of 5 days a week, with 4 days of strength and 1-2 days of cardio. I was quite diligent with my routine and was increasingly spending more time at the gym especially in the last 2 years.

However, I was becoming frustrated with not seeing the results I wanted for all the time and effort that I put in, although I was in better shape than when I first started with a trainer 3 years ago. Another factor for my frustration was that I did not want to continue to spend long hours at the gym and sacrificing time in other areas of my life.

In the 10X Quest, we learn the essential movements that our body needs, the science behind why we do these movements, all the various forms of workouts for home and the gym, what the best food choices are for building muscles and a healthier body, the importance of sleep and recovery, and finally to create our own program with built-in flexibility. It gave me the power that I was seeking to take care of my physical body in ways that worked for me and in my time.

Now, I spend no more than 35 minutes a week working out. It has also been 5 months since I embarked on the 10X journey. What I have gained in knowledge helped me get my parents, 68 & 69, to work with a trainer in a gym, as they live in a different city. They have been at it (on & off with lockdowns) for 2 months now and have told me how much better they feel physically. My dad, who has had 2 back surgeries in the last 2 years, started golfing again, with a back brace on no less. I created an ‘easier’ program for my 12-year-old daughter to keep her active during virtual school at home. My 16-year-old son, who is a competitive swimmer, is now interested in what his mom is doing for her workout.

He also understands and appreciates the food decision I make for our family now. He is changing his eating habits. Heck, my entire family’s eating habits have changed since 10X. We used to eat out all the time because of our busy schedules and ordering lots of takeouts during the first year of the COVID outbreak. Now, we rarely eat out because we are paying more attention to what we feed our body. When we do eat out, we know how to pick the better options.

Thank you, Vishen, Lorenzo, Monique, and Ronan, for all your time, effort, and dedication to making the 10X Quest a reality.I am continuing with my self-journey and hope that the 10X method will remain a part of my life for the years to come.

I have always been interested in this 10X quest and this summer it just called to me, especially listening to Ronan’s voice and hearing his energy. It drew me in, got me excited. And I’d been away from exercise for 7 weeks post a surgery and was so looking forward to getting back to it....

"I was motivated to keep up as I saw beginner gains within the first 4 weeks"

I'm 48 this year, I am a mum of two teenagers. I was not willing to try anything new on the exercise front. I can honestly say one year on, I have fewer hangups about my body (I've gained 6kg but it's a work in progress). I now understand and respect my body. I'm stronger, I have more energy, and...
