We have a bench, pull-up bar, ball for squats, and a rowing machine so I am all set. At the end of the program I am using dumbbells at 24lb each (48 total) for my squats, chest press and curls. It is great that I don’t need to change the weight. I use a different lighter weight for the lat raise isolation routine. I plan to continue as I have seen great results. If anyone has a suggestion for a structure or program to use going forward please let me know.
