The experience has been great and torturous. It might be one of the most painful 15-minute workouts that one can do and I'm an athlete my entire life and do many many different protocols. But I know it works. And it's exciting I've done it here with my wife and we're gonna train each other when we go home on 10X. [...]
The results are: usually, when you're done you're shaking :) So you've got to take five minutes and make sure you don't walk down the stairs. After that, my sleep has been much better than usual. And I actually feel that my metabolism is increasing, which was the desired goal. I've got to take my body fat down from 11% to 9%, and I think that this protocol is going to get me to the promised land.
My message to anyone thinking about taking this is: if you think that you've got the most efficient workout and if you think going to the gym for, you know, once a day for two hours or three hours is getting the job done, it is not getting the job done.
You need to experience this kind of workout and build protocols around it because if you want to have your healthspan equal to your lifespan, which is one of my passions, skeleton muscle is one of the most important things you can do. And this little workout in time will have a dramatic impact over time.
