"I'm needing to build up my strength, lose weight, and have better nutrition"

I am a 72 years young intellectual but haven't ever been very active other than aquacise. I'm needing to build up my strength, lose weight, and have better nutrition.

Thus, I'm starting to learn about the WildFit program and practice that nutrition. I also am going to start 10X even though I can't do some of the minimum exercises...as yet.
I love Mindvalley programs and also enjoy reading (but not horror) and sharing thoughts with others. I'm Feeling anxious but still looking forward to changing my life for the better!
