"I am so happy to be lifting weights and feeling strong"

I was never athletic growing up. It was only in my late 20s that I felt the urge and passion to improve my health and welling/ athleticism. I became quite voracious to learn from knowledgeable people about nutrition and try out every kind of movement. 
Shortly after this time of curiosity, UK went on lockdown and my plans to train with a great personal instructor fell apart. 10X came at the perfect time. 
I knew little about strength training before and I wasn't sure if I could do it without someone besides me telling me what to do! 

When Ronan, Monique and Lorenzo came into the picture I knew I was in good hands though because they are not only knowledgeable but also they WANT to help us become independent and confident to embody this knowledge so that we can do it by ourselves. 
Their goal within the 12 weeks was to help us become more in tune without bodies and fine-tune it with training and nutrition and sleep. 

I feel very empowered at the end of this Quest. I am so happy to be lifting weights and feeling strong. My mental resilience has increased because every week I learned to push past my own limiting beliefs about the capabilities of my body! 
Every day I learned to seek discomfort in these sessions and felt exhilarated afterward.
