After 8 weeks, my leg strength increased by 75%, and the rest of my targeted muscle groups increased 25 to 38% strength. At the end of the 8 weeks, I couldn't work out for two weeks, because I had to do firefighting duty, but my strength is still thereafter, and my before and after photos are really encouraging.
I got some very helpful information on nutrition and it also inspired me to start Wildfit to optimize my nutrition and health. I intend to stay with Ronan and the group indefinitely.
