"You will heal, You will be nourished"

Before this Quest my life was ok. I had been planning to address my weight but something always got in the way; work, performing, teaching.
After taking this Quest I feel amazing. Honestly it has changed my life in so many ways not just from a nutritional point of view which is what I thought it would do.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was it was finally time to address the elephant in the room (aka me). I was always a big personality but so was my weight. I had struggled with my weight for about 10 years not knowing what to do. My knees started to hurt and after a professional shoot for my work I looked at my photos and said “Enough!”
What I was hoping to achieve/learn was how to look after myself properly, what I should eat, how much I need to eat, basically how to fix myself so that I was proud of the person in the mirror.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest is that it will change your life. You will heal. You will be nourished. Every week you will learn something new - sometimes everyday via the communities, Facebook group or Eric’s videos.
The area of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes is my ability to get everything done: exercise, mindfulness, meal preparation, work, concerts/rehearsals I have time for it all and I’m not tired waking up at 4am to allow me the time to get all of it done.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are how positive the program is, how well supported you are every step of the way; even if you slip you never fail and finally how much you will gain from the quest and even beyond.
The biggest positive change(s) I’ve noticed are that I am finally proud of my body for all that it does and will continue to do. When I say I trust myself I’m not just talking about my brain I’m talking about every part of my body and I am so thankful to Eric and Mindvalley for creating this amazing program.
