"For the first time in my adult life, my cholesterol and triglycerides are within the healthy range"

Before Wildfit program, I've gone through so many different diets I can't count them, always losing some weight and gaining it back immediately. Never could stick with a diet for more than 3 weeks, low self-esteem, and my cholesterol and triglycerides were so high my doctor wanted to medicate me. I started this program with the last hope of trying something different to see if it works.... and here I am, finishing the program, lost 7kg, 38cm, and for the first time in my adult life, my cholesterol and triglycerides are within the healthy range. Even though I slap a few times, I always went back on track, and I'm hopeful I will continue to improve. Thanks a lot Eric and all the team for making this possible, and giving me back hope!
