"I am already pretty gobsmacked with what I’ve managed to achieve in a week"

Before this program before connecting with Mindvalley before Watching the video about Wildfit I was in a rut I was miserable and Constantly surrounded by people who were stressed angry and motivated it was getting me down.

In only than a week I started fasting I started a keto diet I started watching inspirational videos I started journaling, I did the trance with Paul McKenna I’ve watched the Lifebook masterclass
In essence, I can’t get enough of this stuff I am now once again motivated upbeat energized full of bright ideas, sparks little nuggets connecting intuitively giving gratitude as second nature and receiving the benefits.

I am already pretty gobsmacked with what I’ve managed to achieve in a week and I did manage to lose 3 pounds into the bargain though that wasn’t essential to me for this week.

I’m sharing a lot of positive stuff via my LinkedIn account and helping others along the way and also sharing some of the inspirational stuff that I’ve already found I have a yearning to share it with my colleagues I think they will probably think I’m crazy. But they would only think I was a nice crazy. And they will be able to see my newfound enthusiasm and I should be able to get them enthused to do something similar.

Over and above that I’ve learnt new stuff in work new IT skills found new apps allsorts long may this continue I can’t wait to see what I’m going to be like at the end of this journey.

Before enrolling in this Quest, just a month prior to the start of the quest, I had a bad bout of food poisoning. I was vomiting and having diarrhoea from just about anything I ate. I couldn’t pin point it to a particular type of food. Nor was I able to see what I was sensitive to. What...

"It is amazing how much progress I made, and thanks to the Wildfit Challenge making me realise what I actually will get from the food in the end"

Now I am more aware of different kinds of food, reading ingredients more, play the dialogue in my head. Now I pay more attention to these, and ask myself: What was it actually like, last time I ate it? What do I want to get from it...
