“I am down 15 pounds and 12.5 inches”

I am down 15 pounds and 12.5 inches. I lost my menopause belly, yes!!!
I feel good, I sleep like a log, I am mentally sharp, I can wake up and ready to go ( all my life I had difficulty getting up at 05:45 am, I would snooze 2-3 times), my hair and nails are growing instead of falling or breaking, I was suffering a major hair loss for almost 2 years.
I tried soooo many products, with some results but with WF my hair really got stronger and I stopped losing it. My nails are also much better, they would split all the time... so dry they could never grow. Now they are stronger. My nose doesn't run as much ( I was using about half a kleenex box per day... now maybe 10), my skin is still dry but less itchy.
