Thanks to the great structure, fabulous information, and the amazing support of the videos and community, I continued with the program despite my mother passing away two days after I began. Not only that, I managed to drop a dress size and 5 inches off my waist. I can wear clothes I haven't been able to for 5 years! The nasal congestion that had been bothering me for a year cleared up, and I now have amazing energy and generally feel happier and calmer. I absolutely LOVE Wildfit!
