My Incredibly, Transformed, Swell New Wildfit Life Finding this 90 day Challenge was Heaven sent! The timing was nothing less than perfect! The direction of my life had flipped upside down and backwards while caring for my husband for many years with an incurable, rare brain disease. After his death 3 years ago, finding, beginning to knowing and learning to care for myself in new ways was quite a process. As my journey continued, I realized numerous changes were calling me to accomplish…...most importantly self care mentally, physically and spiritually. I am blessed with a creative spirit but needed more than my artwork to help me stay positive and occupied with being forced to hibernate with my puppy, Sunbow.
I had joined Mindvalley a short time prior with a personal goal to be a happier and a healthier woman in every way when we could feel free to begin to “live” again! As I was wandering through some possible choices of Midvalley classes, I saw Vishen’s description and promotion of Wildfit. His enthusiasm and experience of the 90 day Challenge and Living Wildfit were irresistible! I had been searching for years to find a nutrition program that made sense! The life of an artist is truly a challenge in so many ways…… so taking on 90 days seemed more than doable. I had hopes that it would also give me a fresh focus during quarantine. And it did exactly that ! providing a daily meeting with my wonderful new friend Eric, the great coaches and terrific Tribe. They shared breakfast, lunch and dinner, studio time, walking and bath soaking times and more….for which I am forever grateful! My life is so full and blessed with an incredibly amazing, super supportive family and delightful friends at a rather youthful and playful 73 years FIT with undoubtedly more energy than ever before, confidence in my food choices, my hair,s “soft spot” filling in with surprising new curls, and many other great happenings including releasing 13 lbs…..more than my goal of 10!!! Plus many inches, no more prescriptions or supplements and no more stinky asparagus pee!...truly a surprise. With all of that, my unbelievable accomplishment is to have been able to let go of my 20+ years of ulcerative colitis. I struggled for so many years and tried nearly everything imaginable to stay out of the bathroom and end the pain and embarrassment. With a rocky start with the Alkagizer, it took time and patience but now it is a little miracle for me to actually enjoy my daily Greenie! And on top of that, more salads and veggies and water than I’ve ever consumed in my life! My new me wants to hug each and everyone of you! So, please put your right hand on your left shoulder and your left on your right, and feel my true love for all that you have done and will continue to do for me and for our beautiful world!
