"With clearer skin, better sleep, steadier energy without afternoon crashes — came something I didn’t plan at all: I stopped smoking"

When I started this 90-day journey, it was meant to be just a quick “research” experiment for my own health project. I never expected it to become this personal and transformative.
The first weeks were tough — my switch to Spring felt brutal at times. But as the days went by, something started to shift. After years of believing that bread was simply a part of life (I grew up in a family of bakers for generations), I suddenly realized there is life without it. The cravings slowly gave way to new discoveries: vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, fruits I had never tried before. My taste buds reset, and everything began to taste different, richer, even sweeter.
Alongside the physical changes — clearer skin, better sleep, steadier energy without afternoon crashes — came something I didn’t plan at all: I stopped smoking. From one day to the next, simply because my emotional stability grew stronger and I no longer needed cigarettes as a crutch.
Perhaps the biggest breakthrough was not only what changed in my body, but what changed in my mind. A few months ago, I was burned out and overworked. During WildFit, I noticed my mood lifting, creativity returning, and a renewed drive for projects and challenges. I even pushed myself further with a 3-day water fast, and the refeed showed me how much the body can reset when given the chance.
What surprised me most was realizing just how much the food industry shapes the way we think about food. WildFit helped me step back, observe my thoughts, and rebuild my relationship with eating. It wasn’t about restriction — it was about freedom.
This wasn’t just about food. It was about discovering what happens when I stop running on autopilot and give my body and mind a real pause — from sugar, from bread, from alcohol, caffeine, and even nicotine.
Thank you for creating WildFit. What started as curiosity turned into a transformation I didn’t know I needed.
