"After taking this quest I realized all the things I needed to unlearn about eating"

I took the Wildfit quest because I recently entered recovery from eating disorders and I wanted to find way of eating that would be a natural fit.
After taking this quest I realized all the things I needed to unlearn about eating in order to getting authentically attuned to my body. I now realize I had under-estimated the influence and negative impact of both the food industry and the diet industry on my concept of health and nutrition. I was gaslit for 30 years being told it was all me not working hard enough or doing the right things. I can now work with my nature instead of against it and I now feel more in control of what goes into my body than ever before. I can also accept progress over perfection.
