"WildFit has changed my relationship with food on so many levels and I am proud to say that I have a list of foods that I will not be going back to"

When I started this 90 day WildFit challenge in August, I had just done a free masterclass with Eric through Mindvalley. I was unsure of exactly what I was getting myself into. However I was in such a low point in my life especially with my weight challenges and my mental health challenges suffering from traumatic depression due to events that have happened to me throughout life and the more present one in our world today COVID and the impact it was having. I do not do social media and living on my own presents me with challenges, which I am totally okay with.
I so enjoy listening to Eric, sharing your personal experiences is so relatable and the way you present this program is amazing and I for one thought what the first 2 weeks no change to my diet just be more conscientious of why you are eating what you are eating and the emotion attached to it. I certainly had some interesting times especially Eric when you opened up our dialogue. Now it does not stop.
I live in Australia and during this year with COVID 19 I have had to face so many challenges just with the vaccine. I am currently not vaccinated and I have recently lost my job due to this choice, some friends, not able to go to my gym, play squash, not being able to see my brother and his family since May this year as they live in a different Local Government Area to me, this is just a few things. It is so sad at how much division this is causing and the impact on everyone.
I had an exceptionally challenging day in October when I had to take my mum to ED with suspected appendicitis. On the same day my dad and I took their dog for a walk around our lake area. On the way back home I reached into the back of the car to check air vent was open for the dog and consequently the dog bit my little finger on my right hand fractured the bone, deep lacerations and tendon damage. Both my mum and myself ended up in hospital (at 2 different hospitals) as we both needed surgery. I had a wire put into my finger, stitches and a splint. Hard choice of food whilst in hospital as it really is not food they offer you, Eric you have opened my eyes to so many things. Lots of hand exercises and hand massages and 4 weeks off work. How I managed this day I simply can only put down to me doing WildFit and playing the WildFit game. The whole wellness change that i had been making incrementally from this program. My recovery is going well and again I put this down to eating well and nutritionally supporting myself. Sure I fell off a few times however I did learn and now so many foods I simply do not crave anymore.
Eric how do I thank you for supporting, encouraging your group of WildFit challengers along simply amazes me. There were times I laughed so much, there were times I thought you were talking to just me, right! WildFit has changed my relationship with food on so many levels and I am proud to say that I have a list of foods that I will not be going back to, yep under the below line. I have reduced my medication by half that I am on for my depression. The measurement changes in my body speak for themselves in the numbers and comments from others seeing me now.
Thank you for recording the coaching sessions really helpful for people like me who do not do social media.
This has been a life changer for me.
Vishen from Mindvalley without this incredible platform of information that you have available on Mindvalley and the free masterclasses that you offer, again how do I thank you. With these free masterclasses they have assisted me through some very challenging times especially with Australia's current COVID situation.
Keep evolving as you say.....so much out there to tap into and learn from to create YOU.
