I carry 7 kg less around. I would need to measure but a Levi's jeans trousers that I could not get over my butt, it was stuck on my legs now fits. I have more energy, my hair and nails are stronger (I actually lose less hair), I heal better, little cuts from working in the garden were always annoying because they hurt and I needed to use disinfectant to heal, which is not the case anymore (that's a real big one for me!). I still plan on shedding another 4 kg and get in even better shape.
