"WildFit has led to mindset shift and therefore a lifestyle change"

I have Type 2 diabetes and my most important reason for joining this quest was to achieve more control over my blood sugar levels. With my existing medication, my sugar levels have fallen dramatically to the "excellent" range. I have achieved such an improvement once before, but it did not last because it was achieved by means of an austere and highly restrictive diet that I did not like and did not understand.
With my doctor's agreement, I think I may be able to reduce my medication in the next month or so. More importantly, Wildfit is a program I was able to understand and appreciate - it has led to mindset shift and therefore a lifestyle change. I am confident that I will not need to endlessly keep increasing my medication until I end up with an insulin dependence! Instead, I hope to live better and slowly reduce the medicines I am on.
I did not release a great deal of weight, but I did release some and hope to release more over the next 6 months or so.
Other benefits include: waking up without any stiffness in my joints (before Wildfit, it was not severe, but it was there), no occasional swelling in the feet - astonishingly, I seem to have dropped one size in shoes!
In short, I loved the program, am very happy I joined it, and am committed to carrying on according to Wildfit principles! Thank you, Wildfit.
