Before this program, I was a Type 2 Diabetic with lots of sinus issues who had been told by multiple medical professionals, including a nutritionist that I would never lose weight without surgery and I would be on multiple medications for the rest of my life. 

Today I am free of ALL medications, my blood sugars are in the normal range, I did and continue to lose weight (without surgery!!!), my sinuses are better, my digestive system is better, I sleep better, I have more energy and I have food freedom and knowledge about eating healthy and appropriately for the human diet. 

WildFit is a life changer and I am so glad I found it and am excited to go forward Living WildFit!! Highly recommend the class!
