"I fit into clothes I haven’t worn in years and no belly fat"

Before this program I thought I ate pretty healthy - I am gluten or dairy intolerant and tried not to eat sugar, but some of these things had crept back in a little, together with a love of ‘chips’. I had what I though was menopause belly and my clothes were tight. I had constant feelings of overwhelm, brain fog and although not a massive coffee drinker o started reverting to coffee to keep me awake in the afternoons. Since the program I haven’t had one coffee - my brain fog has gone, and although I have the same workload I don’t get the feelings of overwhelm or stress and no afternoon food. I feel clear, am able to focus better - it’s a game changer!! To top that I have lost 5kg and about 20cm overall, I fit into clothes I haven’t worn in years and no belly fat - I have a flat stomach yay!!!
