“My allergies were severe and I was sick and tired of taking antibiotics”

It was just around April 2018 and I was already on the 2nd or 3rd cycle of my antibiotics for that year. Each cycle, I had to take antibiotic each day for one week. Since I can't change my environment, I felt like there was no point in living since my allergies were severe and I was sick and tired of taking antibiotics which were prescribed to me. Fortunately, I came upon Eric's video when he talked about allergies and WildFit and how it helped him with it. So I told myself I'll give this a try. It is expensive but I decided nothing is more expensive than taking medicine long term.
The most memorable thing for me is how WildFit helped me face my emotions towards food with no judgement and how I finally developed courage to mold myself to be a better me each day. Weight loss and better body measurements are bonuses.
The results and changes that I really noticed were my allergies were controlled, I learned to love the taste of healthy food, and I  learned to have the courage to stand up for what I believe in.
And the most important thing is, I actually learned to love cooking! And cooking the right healthy food.

I started out WIldFit with high hopes- I was not disappointed. My initial reason for joining the program wasn't to lose weight (albeit a wonderful 'side effect') but rather to get my mindset 'reset' to fully understand my relationship with food. Not knowing what to
