Following are few things I managed to achieve in last 4 months thanks to Wildfit and Mindvalley:
1. Exercise Daily - brisk walk every morning and evening work-out session few days in a week
2. Daily Meditation (Headspace app and Vishen's Transcendent Practice)
3. Living Wildfit - eat healthy and live Wildfit
4. Daily Listening to my Audible Books (I listen while I do my brisk walk in the morning)
5. Daily Reading my book - currently reading "The Ride of a Lifetime" by Robert Iger
6. Sleep Better: in process of buying my Oura Ring to better track my sleep
7. Daily Learning: Currently doing "Be Extraordinary" and "Super Reading" - Morning Mindvalley learning
8. Daily Journalling: I write my diary daily
9. Daily Gratitude and Thank you practice - before I go to bed 10. Try to be Happy/ Humble/ Positive/ Calm all the time
11. Super focus on developing my business into an amazing one
12. Daily Power Morning Routine The above has been achieved by me in last few months and I am super glad that I am a part of Mindvalley community, achieving so much and aiming even higher. Thank you Vishen, Eric, Jim and All other Amazing Trainers at Mindvalley. Love you All.
