"I released 10% of my body weight and a total of 81.4 cm across my body"

Before the programme I used sugar to give me the energy I needed to get through each day. I love(d) sweets, cakes and desserts and had thought the biggest challenge would be sugar. It turned out that after a few days where it was a real struggle that when I completed the 13 weeks the sugar monster hadn’t completely left me because for weeks I had been craving apples!! At least the sugar was fructose, eaten as a whole fruit rather than a juice and unrefined. I did the programme during COVID19 lockdown and continued it despite the difficulties in accessing WildFit approved food sometimes and being unwell with something that might have been “it.” I released 10% of my body weight and a total of 81.4cm across my body, all without any exercise as that isn’t an option for me. I’m pleased to have released that weight and the toxins too. It has been a really interesting exercise listening to my food dialogue and having the willpower not to cheat. Thank you Eric, Ariel and to all of the coaches I am raising a mug of celebratory black tea!!
