"I am so happy to have something confirmed which my Great Uncle used to say and practice relating to water"

It is only Day 1, but I am so happy to have something confirmed which my Great Uncle used to say and practice relating to water - "Never drink water during a meal". I now have that question answered ie: advised to drink water 15 mins before a meal and 30 mins after to aid digestion. Thank you, as I do already drink 1 liter of water every morning and over 2 liters per day, but the food question I never addressed ✅
