"My sleep improved over the Quest, as did my nasal stuffiness and dry cough."

I found the quest very do-able, especially with the rule "Do not allow yourself to get hungry". I enjoyed Eric's videos and Q&A sessions and found the facebook group very informative, supportive and inspiring.
I lost 6kg over the 90 days, most of it from week 9 onwards. I also lost 2.5cm from my bust and waist, and 2cm from my hips, so my clothes fit a lot better than before. I am happy with the result and am continuing with 2 alkagizers daily. I choose to remain in spring, with a treat myself well day every 10 days then back to spring.
My sleep improved over the Quest, as did my nasal stuffiness and dry cough. My bowels are no longer constipated but are remarkably regular, which I attribute to the big increase in vegetable intake.
I take this opportunity to thank Eric and his team, and the MindValley support team for allowing this Quest to happen. I highly recommend this Quest.

My “cheats” are no longer what my “cheats” used to be. My “cheats” include fruits, sweet veggies, root veggies, honey and raw cocoa (I know, not WF approved…) now, with the norm being mostly greens, meat, nuts and fats (I do overdo the nuts… gotta’ watch that!). Although there are some foods...
