WILDFIT

"I was able to significantly reduce my sugar intake"

I joined the program because I felt like I had become sugar-addicted and was developing some bad habits. I was also eager to learn if there were lifestyle changes I could make to stay healthy and have good energy. I really enjoyed (well sorta) the process, it wasn't a shock to the system like some programs. I went through the whole program with relative ease. I was able to significantly reduce my sugar intake and ramp up my greens. I love my alkalizer and I am shocked because I have always thought I couldn't drink green drinks with some fruit. I am moving forward with a WILDFIT lifestyle, not 100% but fairly close. I want to maintain my current weight and energy. I lost both inches in all the right places and lost about 12 lbs. I would have been happy with 7lbs, but I do believe my current weight is probably my more natural baseline. I should mention, I am 61 and look and feel as good as many of my younger friends (my friends range from mid to early 50's to mid 30's), that makes me feel really good. So it was well worth the effort and to the WildFit Lifestyle. Best of Luck to everyone and remember it's not destination as much as the journey. Namaste! Be well!! P.S. I am not a big fan of selfies and such, this took real courage to post, BUT I really support Eric's mission.
