"I now feel totally responsible for and in control of my own health"

Before Wildfit I was reasonably healthy but I always knew in my heart I was way below the potential of how I could feel. I flirted with Ayurveda years ago, led a meditation class for a long time, ate organic and felt reasonably virtuous. However, I am an older dad (of two girls, aged 7 and three). I not only want to see them grow up, but to be in the best possible physical and mental shape to enjoy them and live life to the fullest. That was my notification. We were the group that did the program through the emergence of the Coronavirus pandemic. I am so grateful for the timing of this challenge...members of my household had virus symptoms (now largely recovered, touch wood). I have not suffered any symptoms (again, touch wood), which I am sure is at least partly due to a rebooted and strengthened immune system. As important, I now feel totally responsible for and in control of my own health. My 7 year old daughter came to me the other day and said she wanted to eat healthily like me (it may not have lasted long, but it's in her consciousness!). Who would have thought at the start of the challenge that I would have come to love my energiser so much!

I am very grateful to Eric, his fantastic team of coaches, and all at Mindvalley. I'm also grateful to Andreas, my great accountability buddy, and to the whole community. Love and best wishes to you all. Tony

"Post-program most obvious is 8kg lost and between 9 and 11 cms around my middle and hips"

Before this program I was reasonably healthy but struggled with energy and a few aches and pains. The 2020 COVID belly had also expanded! So with maybe 4-5kgs to “release” I was mostly looking for energy improvements. My relationship with food has always had a strong emotional element...
