Before starting the WildFit challenge, I thought I already knew a lot about food. But deep inside, I also knew that my eating habits were running me — not the other way around. I struggled with extra weight, low energy, and restless sleep.
When I joined the 90-day WildFit challenge on Mindvalley, I expected a “diet.” Instead, I discovered something completely different: a journey into the psychology of eating, food freedom, and reconnecting with what my body truly needs.
The results have been beyond my expectations:
✨ I released 28 kg (61 lb)
✨ My size shifted from XL → M
✨ I now enjoy deep, restorative sleep every night
✨ I feel lighter, more confident, and full of energy
But the biggest change is how I see food. It’s no longer about willpower or restriction — it’s about choice, awareness, and alignment. WildFit gave me the tools to transform not just my body, but also my relationship with myself.
