"The WildFit Challenge was everything it promised it would be"

I joined WildFit Challenge because I was overweight and felt stuck, plus I was on a lifelong prescription for psoriasis medication. I started my health journey in 2009 and tried many different programs (not diets, but more alternative thinking about eating raw foods, not using plastics, including a variety of fruits and vegetables and green smoothies, coconut oil, more fat intake, fasting, etc.). All were good initiatives but I would get bored after a while and move onto the next thing.

When I watched the introductory masterclass in which Vishen talked to Eric and shared his own WildFit journey, I felt that this could be the structure I need to put everything in context to release some weight and improve my health.

The WildFit Challenge was everything it promised it would be. Like Eric asked, I didn't push my husband to do it. I just gave him a shopping list of ingredients for the mild alkagizer and said I need this quantity for me and if you want to have it too, then buy double! He did buy double and joined me on the journey.

I have released 14 pounds and 17 inches. He has released 16 pounds. The support I received from videos, live coaching calls, accountability buddy, and Facebook group support from coaches as well as other tribe members was invaluable! I consider many of them my friends now and we'll continue to stay in touch and support each other. I feel confident that I will continue to release until I reach my desired goals while Living WildFit.

As a result of completing the WildFit Challenge, my life has transformed with major non-scale wins too! Here are a few of the major ones:

- Sleep more deeply. Fall asleep quickly
- No more night sweats. Don't have to turn on the fan while my poor husband is freezing! Less conflict
- Pain in right thumb has disappeared after 20 years of living with it!
- No more astigmatism! I used to spend so much money on custom-made progressive bifocal lenses.

One day last week, the monitor screen started to look blurry no matter how much I cleaned my glasses! I even used my backup care and still the monitor was blurry. Then I remembered what Vishen had said about his astigmatism disappearing on WildFit! I pulled out a very old pair of off-the-shelf cheap reading glasses and when I used those, I could see clearly. OMG, I could hardly believe it !!! Thank you Mindvalley, thank you WildFit. You have forever changed my life and earned my gratitude!
