"The results have surpassed all of my expectations"

This year I gave myself the greatest gift: time. After a 24-year career in the corporate world, with its long days and high-stress levels, I put my focus instead on being who I really am...a writer.

I've always known I'm a writer, a storyteller. But, like most of us, I followed the paths that the world thinks are the definition of success: education, career, making money.
Until the Universe showed me I could live another way, which led me choosing to leave work at the end of 2019. When COVID came and lockdown happened, it became an amazing opportunity to look inwards, and consider how I now wanted to live my life. And, thankfully, Mindvalley was there to inspire me.

Having completed Lifebook over summer 2020, it was clear my first, greatest goal was to address my physical well-being. But I felt confused about what "good" nutrition looks like. After years living with stress, poor eating habits, and yo-yoing dieting (and I can't tell you how many times I've said "I'll start tomorrow" and then got to tomorrow and said the same thing!), and having taken most of my nutritional advice from diet books and women's magazines, I was lost. Which is where WildFit came in. And, of course, it came with the highest possible recommendation... from Vishen. I'd never seen anyone enthuse about a nutrition lifestyle like he did about WildFit.

When I started the Quest at the end of August, I'd already lost 22 lbs during 2020, but I'd hit a wall and wasn't getting further. It felt like WildFit was my last resort...because I knew nothing else that could work long term (or even short term!) for me. I have loved every single thing about WIldFit.

The structure of the programme is nothing short of genius. Having my handheld every step of the way, every day made it feel like I was never alone.
The Quest community were amazing, so encouraging of one another, so open and honest about our successes and challenges. And Eric is, like Vishen, one of the most compelling and engaging leaders I've had the pleasure to learn from.

The results have surpassed all of my expectations. I've released (note, not "lost", because these pounds are NEVER coming back!) another 16.5 lbs and, in total, 23.5 inches. But it's so much more than that. My skin is glowing. All the discomfort I had with my digestive system has gone. My body is stronger, leaner and more flexible than it has ever been. And I'm empowered. I know what food works for me, and what doesn't. I know how to respond when my Food Devil (or family!) tries tempting me with food that I really don't want to eat. My mind is clear, my emotional state is so positive, and my resilience is high. I never expected so many mental and emotional benefits to come from a programme that I saw as being about my physical well-being. This really is the start of the rest of my life.

When I started this quest, I thought I knew a bit about nutrition and I had been following what I thought was a healthy diet. Weight was never a problem but I never had much energy. (Chronic fatigue was an issue some 20 years ago) What drew me in to the quest was Vishen saying he had had...

"I feel myself lighter and more flexible"

To name a few areas where I observe changes in my life, in no particular order: Better sleep, easy wake ups and clear head right away, no more those "fuzzy" mornings when I had to have a coffee, or two, or sometimes an energy drink, to bring myself together.
