"No more period pain, no more runny nose, no more allergic reaction to dust and pollen"

I joined this program as I wanted to learn more about food and its interaction on my body. I also thought it would not harm me to lose 2-3 kilos. 13 weeks later, I lost 7 kilos, feel more energized, have a brighter skin complexion, have no more energy lows in the afternoon, can focus better, have no more period pain, no more runny nose, no more allergic reaction to dust and pollen... and my family and I are eating more functional food. The results are way beyond my expectations!
THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE TEAM & THE WONDERFUL COACHING SESSIONS 💙.

I am in the best physical shape I think I have ever been. Not bad for someone who biological age is 71 years. I recommend this Quest because I believe it is an excellent approach to producing long term permanent changes in the way a person approaches food and nutrition, and has the best chance...
