"The best part of Mindvalley for me is that it is a constant reminder for doing something positive for myself!"

My follow through with the first 2 Master classes that I signed up for was not what I had hoped for. My husband passed a short time ago and I thought that I was ready for a guided change and I’m open to receiving. Untimely as sickness and death are, my sister was very ill and also passed away. So my programs are hopefully waiting for me to take later. But the best part of Mindvalley for me is that it is a constant reminder for doing something positive for myself! Since caregiving was very difficult and grief added to it, my weight has fluctuated a lot. I am not happy with the direction that I am going. So when WildFit came in my sight, I grabbed on to it right away. This was truly a sign to get started on my new healthy path with guidance, encouragement and a simple course to follow daily. It is Day 1 for me and I am excited! Thank you Eric and Mindvalley !
